Dr Alexander Kirchner-Häusler is the 2020 recipient of the Harry and Pola Triandis Doctoral Thesis Award.
The award by the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP) ‘is intended to honour and reward good research and to advance the early careers of dedicated researchers’ and is part of the IACCP’s commitment ‘to encourage high quality intercultural research at the predoctoral level’.
On hearing this amazing news, Dr Kirchner-Häusler said: ‘I am very happy and honoured to receive such a prestigious award, and look forward to presenting my research at the next IACCP International Congress.’
The recipient traditionally is asked to give a presentation at the bi-annual IACCP Congress, which due to recent circumstances, has been postponed to take place in July 2021.
