Penny Karamaouna is a psychologist with a Psychology degree and a Master’s in Neurosciences from the University of Crete.
She is currently undertaking a PhD in Neuropsychology at the Psychology Department of the University of Crete and is interested in research into psychology, human behaviour, psychopathology and neuropsychology.
Her main interest and field of expertise is the schizophrenia spectrum and, especially, schizotypal personality traits. She has worked on several research projects, mostly with the general population, relatives of schizophrenia patients, and dementia and rheumatologic patients.
Penny’s ambition is to become a professor and to work in neuropsychology research.
